What is the relationship between NOHRD and WaterRower? add

NOHRD is the sister brand to WaterRower. NOHRD was created to meet growing demand from WaterRower customers for fitness equipment with the same elegant aesthetic and space-saving functional design as their much-loved rowing machines.

Where is NOHRD based? add

The NOHRD manufacturing facility is in the town of Nordhorn in Germany, while WaterRowers are made in Rhodel Island, USA. The WaterRower | NOHRD Irish home is in Lisburn.

Where can I see NOHRD products in the Ireland? add

WaterRower | NOHRD products can be seen and tested out at our Lisburn showroom.

How does delivery work? add

Once you have ordered your WaterRower, one of our team will be in touch to arrange delivery on a day that is convenient for you. Assuming that your WaterRower is in stock, we can usually deliver within 3 working days. If your WaterRower is purchased on pre-order we will be in touch when your rowing machine is ready to ship. To prevent damage during transit, as standard the WaterRower is delivered partially assembled in two (or three) boxes. The boxes are lightweight and can be handled by one person. A small amount of self-assembly is required, comprehensive instruction are provided and assembly should take no more than 30 minutes.

What is the maximum user weight limit? add

The NOHRD Bike has a user weight limit of 200kg

What are the dimensions? add

How is the NOHRD Bike delivered? add

For ease of transportation the NOHRD Bike is delivered in two boxes. Box One Dimensions: 120 x 37 x 57 cm, 30 kg Box Two Dimensions: 60 x 78 x 18 cm, 30 kg

Which performance metrics are measured on the NOHRD Bike? add

Performance metrics measure include Watts, Calories, Distance, Resistance, RPM and Heart Rate (with compatible Heart Rate Monitor).

How easy is it to move the NOHRD Bike? add

Two rubber transportation wheels on the front of the Bike allow for it to be easily manoeuvred into position.

What type of pedals does the NOHRD Bike have? add

As standard, the NOHRD Bike comes with regular pedals. There is the option to fit toe cages to our regular pedals. Additionally, NOHRD Combo-Pedals allow for the use of cycling cleats with the Bike.

Which saddles are compatible with the NOHRD Bike? add

As standard, the NOHRD Bikes comes with our custom-designed saddle. We also offer a wider comfort saddle and seat back support. The universal seat post is compatible with the majority to bicycle saddles

Is there a subscription fee for the NOHRD Bike app? add

No, there is no fee to use the app.

What is the warranty?  add

5-year frame, 3-year parts warranty.
