My-NOHRD Platform
Designed to help users get the most out of their WaterRower and NOHRD fitness equipment, My-NOHRD is a digital library containing over 300 exercise videos. The platform has the option for users to take advantage of pre-designed workouts or combine videos to create customised workouts that can be tailored to specific exercise goals.
Premium Subscription
My-NOHRD also has a premium subscription option. For a monthly fee user gain access to their own virtual personal trainer. Following a live video fitness consultation, a bespoke training and nutrition plan is provided. For the duration of the program the My-NOHRD coach remains on hand to provide support and monitor progress.
